FaxExtension warning

I use Outlook 2007 with Vistas OS. Everytime I click new message to begin an
email for the ffirst time after opening Outlook I get the following message:

The Add-in "FaxExtension" (C:\Windows\System32\fxsext32.dll) cannot be
loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Addin
manufacturer for an update. If no update is avvailable, please uninstall the
Add-in."

The file, fxsext32.dll, is not in the reference directory so I don' have any
information on this, nor do I know what this add-in is. I attempted to
uninstall the add-in,
-->Trust Center-->Add-ins, but it does not show up. How can I fix the
problem and/or unstall the add-in.
