Faxing From Outlook

Is there any way to generatea fax coverpage directly, either from the
Action tab or other quick way in Outlook?

Clarify what you want to do.
This actually has nothing to do with faxing, right? You just want to create
merge document?

Yes. I know how to fax, but I often need to generate an indivual
faxcover page to send. I'd love to have one simliar to the "New
letter to contact" that would pretty automatically generate a faxcover
page.

Most of us just create and then save a merge document for reuse.
