Faxing from Outlook2003

Other than a fax modem what is needed to enable Outlook2003 to send and
receive faxes? Not interested in Internet Fax service, just sending faxes
across the phone line. Currently use Winfax Pro but experience too many
problems.

Discipline.

When you enter a fax number for a Contact, you'll need to enter it exactly as it would be dialed on the fax machine and with a preceding plus (+) sign. For example, a long distance fax number should be entered as +1 (800) 555-1234.

When you create a new "email" and select the Recipient, you simply select the recipient's fax number instead of their email address. When you click Send, you should be off and running.

Thanks Carl but I need to be able to first store multiple files then fax them
all at one time. I send these faxes to the State of Oklahoma, they will not
accept email yet. My students complete their Continuing Education classes
then I print their individual roll sheets into Winfax and store them as a
file until I send them all at the end of the day, usually 30 to 50 files or
attachments. I create the roll sheets in Excel and a few in Word.

Other than providing a Contact, what role does Outlook play in all this? I must be missing a step in here somewhere because it seems to me that you could just send these files to the Fax printer, supply the Outlook Contact, and when prompted for "When to Send"; schedule it for later in the night.
