Your post leaves out a lot of information.
The fax capabilities of Office included the Winfax Starter kit in Outlook 98
and I believe 2000
Otherwise there is just the Fax mail transport that is part of Windows 2000
or Windows Xp that can be integrated with Microsoft Outlook.
If you are using neither of those options (i.e. a separate fax program) then
you need to contact their support newsgroups.
What fax software are you using? What version of Office etc. That
information is needed to even hope to suggest an answer.
