Feature Installation

I have 2 copies (MS Office Pro and MS Office Student). Is there a way to
install features from one version to the other, say... MS One Note from the
student edition to my computer installed MS Office Pro?

If you have a valid license for each, you can certainly only install Office
One Note to your computer.
