Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the way to actually get a feature request processed.
But here is my request. I would like for BCM to be able to work with
Exchange so that contacts can be accessed via Outlook Web Access. I
understand there are other products on the market that are CRM products and
that there are third party sync tools for BCM so that the contacts might be
accessible from regular contacts. I am officially requesting that this
feature actually be built in NATIVELY with BCM/Exchange/Outlook or that if
there is a better medium for getting this request enacted that some take the
initiative to make it happen. I am not looking for exports or other hacks to
enable some functionality but for an actual method be available for up to the
minute data be available from Outlook Web Access. I beg of you if you are
also desiring this functionality that you vote on this or whatever is
necessary to get the attention of MS.
