In the Print Preview (reached from Office button > Print > Print Preview)
you'll find a Shrink One Page button on the ribbon.
If you want to have it handy when you aren't in Print Preview, you can
right-click the button and choose Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
Although it isn't written specifically for Word 2007, the article
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/FitCopy.htm explains why Shrink One
Page (formerly called "Shrink to Fit") often isn't the best way to fit copy.
It is literally quick and dirty.
