1) Why isn't the alert notification form configuarable? Wouldn't it be
great to change where on the screen it appears? EVEN BETTER, wouldn't
it be great to see the picture of the person associated with the
contact record pop up? If not there then at least on the email itself.

2) Allow for changing the opacity of notes? Allow for selecting the
color of each individual note? Allow for notes to run in a separate
process that could run without Outlook.

Just some thoughts.
