feed back forms - email

I have Frontpage 98 and I'm trying to set up a feed back
form. I want it to be sent to my email address. I keep
getting an error. I have went into the frontpg.ini and did
what I was instructed (not sure exactly what and where to
put this info), but I still can not get it to work. Either
I have entered the info incorrectly in the
frontpg.ini or the field priorities. Maybe both. Can
someone help me with this. Thank you in advance for your
help.

Your host must set up the forms to email transport on the host server. Have
you asked them to do so?
