feedback and confirmation form

although i uncheck the append the Latest Results To The End

and i uncheck the 'include fields' box

every time the form is submitted, the fields are shown in the form
confirmation that is displayed on client's screen ALONG with the field names
and their values.

i am using fp98

can someone tell me how to fix this ?

ps

also the FROM field is generated by FP as ' [email protected]
although i want the FROM field to show the sender's email instead

and i could not find a way to have CC of the form result to be sent.

For that you need to write your own formhandler.
Frontpages form handler doesn't support that.
