feedback form dosent like to e-mail results

I set up the form in Frontpage, if I don't put in any e-mail info it works
but when I put e-mail info in the form properties it tells me the extensions
are not installed or it is a disc based system. but I am not even to the web
server yet, it is happening on my local machine. I am thinking I need to run
a personal web server on my machine in order to creat this, but I can't seem
to find one on the Microsoft site. Please let me know if I am wrong or what I
need to do

Disregard on your local machine, it should work once you have publish via http to a server that has
the FP extensions and has been configured by the host to process email from FP Forms.
