How come, when I use the feedback page form template, the words "[FrontPage Save Results Component]" appear in the browser at the start of the form? Thanks.

You need to test the form after publishing (File Menu | Publish Web / Site) to a server that has the
FP extensions via FP's http mode.

This will also appear on server that has the FP extensions, if the form is set to send the result to
an email address and the web host has not configured the extensions to process email.

because you need to use the form on a server with frontpage server extensions
installed, and the mail-form component specifically, supported by the host.
