Feedback Page Problem

Matt

I'm trying to create a feedback page for my site. My ISP has Frontpage
Extensions, but I still get the response: "This form cannot be configured to
send results via email. The Website may be located at a disk-based location,
or on a server that is not configured to send email." . I have an email
address on the server, so neither of those problems are applicable. What do I
do?

"Your server is not configured to send email" - that is the big clue here.

Solution: your host needs to configure the FPSE to send email.....

I'd check that first with your host's support.

Are you getting this message when you are working on your local web...if so
ignore it and say No to the prompt regarding removing the email address from
the form.

If you are getting that error when working online, you need to ask your
host if they support fp form emails (you need FP extensions on your host
server as well)

I'm having the exact same problem. I went to the online help and it says I
need to download the Resources kit at
Http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage/upp/serk that I am missing a file call
"fpmmc.msc". When i go to this address it is no longer any good. If you
find the answer to your problem, please let me know
