Few questions about licensing

1. If we buy Project Server 2002 (with 5 licenses), does
this mean we can run 5 instances of Project Professional
on the desktop ? Or does it mean we have 5 CALs to access
the web frontend ?

2. Project Server 2002 says it uses SQL Server 2000 as
the backend. Do we need to buy this separately, or does
it come with Project Server 2002 (in a runtime version) ?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide

You have 5 CALs to access the web frontend (Project Web Access - PWA)

You have to buy this separately
