FFA is there a way to creat them with frontpage?

I want to make a free for all links page. I think I can do
it but could use any advice on it. Plus I'm not quite sure
how to limit the number of links per catagory. I use
FrontPage 2002, is there a way to do it with that

there are probably a ton of scripts at www.hotscripts.com
if you're on a windows server an asp/access arrangement will be easiest to
deal with using FrontPage.
