Would someone suggest an article or offer a brief
explanation for handling field code switches (or other
options) in a TOC. Specifically when paragraphs are using
outline numbering or other special characteristics, my TOC
is a mess and I just don't have a good handle on what I
can really do with switches (e.g., line breaks in Level 1
are preserved, but then that level TOC style doesn't get a
page number...etc. etc.
