"Field 'F1' doesn't exist in destination table"

I am using the TransferSpreadsheet method of the DoCmd object and I have
indicated "False" for HasFieldNames. Yet, this message still appears. What
is the solution? I expect this to happen with TransferText, but not
TransferSpreadsheet.

I am using Access 2003 in Office, on a machine running Windows XP pro.

Hi,
if you are importing into existing table - do you have F1, F2, etc fields
there? This is how columns get named when you do not have column names
