in the Import Wizard, click on the Advanced button in the lower left corner
of the dialog box. on the Advanced page, you can manipulate each of the
fields being imported.

You need the hotfix package referred to in KB Article 875252.
(i.e. the Access 2020 Post-SP3 hotfix package).
