I am creating a database for my church. My Pastor needs a
field for "comments/history." How do I set this up so
that he has the ability to enter more than just 255
characters in this field? He wants this to be an on-going
comment/history section.

TC, use a Memo field for your comments/history. It will hold up to 65,535
characters.
