our pmo wants to do all the publishing of all projects on a regular basis.
that means of course that the respondent to updates becomes the publisher. we
want to write some simple sql to alter the field that keeps tract of the
person to who updates are sent ... we will do it by proj id and yes we could
change owner each time but one script would be a lot faster.
what field controls this? and yes i have looked thru the documentation but
it isn't really obvious. thanks in advance.
