Fields in View(Web) and Fields in MSP

In MSP, you are already inside a project. Therefore you
cannot see project fields, but only tasks fields.......

If you check the enterprise or custom fields at a project
level, you'll be able to see all possible fields for a
project. To fill them in once selected, key in the
appropriate data when saving.....

can understand some of the fields are probably calculated,
but some of the fields, like keywords, looks like it
should be an editable field for the project, but I can not
find it in MSP.

Actually fields like Keyword for projects, you can add it to the Project Center View, but you can not change it.
