Fields - Tabbing to the next

I have created a standard template. I want users to tab
from one field to the next which may mean moving several
columns over or several rows down. How do I do this in
Excel?

Ex.

Name: {enter name}

I want to tab from entering name to entering date.

Date: {enter date}

Unlock the cells you wish to be able to tab to and then protect the sheet.
