fields/who is actually sending an email

i know in outlook fields you can choose to see if the
email has been sent with bcc.
is their a field that you can use that lets you know who
many be sending the email for someone else (permission)

No. If the other user has Send As rights, you'll see only the name of the
person on whose behalf the message was sent.
