Figure numbering

Hello,

How can I put dot after Figure number?
"Figure 1" -> "Figure 1."

Thank you. I will type it :) - it works ....

but I have 100 Figures, 100 Tables, and about 250 hundreds references
to it.
Maybe there is any other solution, more automatic? (i.e. create some
custom numbering style and use it by one, two clicks ...)

How did you create your figure numbers? If you made use of numbered
paragraph styles you could just modify the numbering definition to include a
period.

On the other hand, if you made use of Word's Caption feature, you can use
Find and Replace to add the period to each of your figures (tables).
