File As and Adress Card display names in awkward order

I imported a list of several hundreds into a Contacts from a Excel file.
There is no FullName column in Excel and I only mapped and imported FirstName
and LastName and email addresses into Outlook. Everything seems good except
the column File As display name in a funny way, it will display "Joe Smith"
as "SmithJoe". How can I change it to Joe Smith. And when I selected Address
Cards under Current View on the left, The individual records displayed the
name the same as File As. How to change it?
