I've recently applied SP1 for Office Professional 2003.
When I re-opened Outlook, I saw that the information in
the "File As" field in the contacts list disappeared. The
field displays but there is no information in it. Can
anybody offer any suggestions? FYI, the "File As" field
is at the top of my display list of fields and it is also
what I base my sorts on.
