File As field listing name improperly

I have a case where the File As field is not pulling in the contents of the
Full Name field properly. For example, if I type "Jane Doe" into the Full
Name field, the File As field will display "Jane, Doe" rather than "Doe,
Jane". The drop-down does not give me an option to select the correct
display setting either. Any help you could provide would be most appreciated.

3. How you are entering name elements.
