File attachments

How do I get the file attachments in an email to appear at the bottom of the
new email instead of in the middle of the body.

I have the opposite problem at Word. One of our supervisors sends her
office's schedule back to me *in* the email and I want an *attachment*.

How are you sending it now? Right-click the file name (or from the Word
menu, click File) and choose Send To-->Mail Recipient-->As attachment.
There's also a setting under Tools-->Options, General tab: Choose the "Mail
as Attachment" checkbox.

Hope it helps!

Assume you mean Outlook, where the attachment is placed on the message is
all down to the format of the message, Rich Text places it in the body and
Plain, HTML places the attachment in its own field.

Attachments are inserted at the location of the cursor. Put it where you
want the attachment.

Bob,

Actually I found the answer through Noel. If you click on
Tools--->options--->Mail Format--->And then put"Send in this message format:
HTML" it puts the file attachment at the bottom in its own Window.
