Ok, I am trying to use groove so that our users can access a spreadsheet and
make changes everyone can see. Groove works very well for this, however we
are starting to get a recurring issue. Two people with the spreadsheet open
at the same time will cause a duplicate file to be made. This is very time
consuming as both files have to be combed through o find the changes and
merge the two.
So basically can Groove be set up to only allow one user at a time to access
a file???
I know sharepoint can do this, but that is not an option currently.
