It's entirely possible that you have not associated your text files with an
application. You can change the program that opens a file by right-clicking
the file, clicking Open With, and then clicking the program name. If the
program you want is not displayed, click Browse.
In the future I recommend posting this type of question to the Windows
newsgroups. This group pertains to Microsoft Publisher.
