File does not open

An excel file cannot be opened.
This excel files contains macros, the screen about
security appears, selecting to open the file, the bottom
part of the excel screen shows that the file is going to
be opened, however, it takes forever and it does not
really open. I have to close excel application to have
control again. Any other file opens without a problem.

I created some macros in this fiel and worked fine. What I
could do in order to re-open the file.
