File duplications

Hi,

Not sure if this is a Word Query as it happens in other programmes as well. I am finding duplicates of documents I have saved - for example, I create a document called Blahdeblah and another one sits next to it in the folder called ~$ahdeblah
Is this a bug

This is the "owner file" that prevents other users from opening the file for
editing while you have it open. For more on this, see “WD: How Word for
