file extension ltd

When I open a file with extension ltd. I get a "jarbled" result. How can I
open the file and read in it's proper format.

The file should contain title report information on residential properties.

According to: http://filext.com/

*.ltd extension is used by a memory manager called Living Time. For more
information check the above site for the extension.
