file format converter I can access from microsoft explore menu

I am looking for a file format converter that can be accessed from the
microsoft excel menu. If from that menu I right click on a .doc or an .xls
file, I want to see the convert option in the pop-up menu, and then be able
to convert that document to .pdf.

What version of Office are you running?

From Explorer menu or the Excel menu? Adobe Acrobat and others do that
from the context menu in Explorer.
