File is not available

I just loaded office 2003. When I try to open a document
in word I am told that the file is not available. I also
get a lot of normal.dot problems. Keeps forcing me to
replace normal.dot.

Any help please.

Both problems could be caused by problems with the Norton Office Plug-in.
Disable it.

Thanks, that worked. It turns out that I had two
versions of Norton loaded. 2002 and corporate. I
deleted the 2002 and now it works fine.
