I have an installation of Word XP Small Business Edition.
A user has some files sitting on a folder on a server and
when she opens a file the letters are terribly scrambled.
Anything from being totally pulled to the left margin to
symbols being put inplace of letters.
Creating A new file doesn't show any letters until the
first line is typed and then they are justified left one
above the other.
This is a very strange problem. If anyone has
