File menu changes in Word 2004 for Mac

Help!! I hope this is the correct forum.

I don't know what I did (I confess: I was unconsciously typing some
key combos - I don't remember which), but my File menu has altered
dramatically, and now I no longer have the option to Save or to Save
as.

How can I reset this to the old forms menu?

Choose Word's Tools>Customize>Customize Toolbars/Menus command, then
select Menu Bar at the top of the list and click on the Rest button.
