Go to View menu, choose toolbars, then choose customize.
In the Customize dialog box, choose the Toolbars tab, scroll down and select
(not by clicking inside the box, just by clicking the name) Worksheet Menu
Bar. Click the command button marked Reset and say OK. Your File meny should
re-appear.
