When I published my site from web to HD it deposited it in the folder called:
[C:\documents and settings\Judith\My Documents\My Web Site]. When I double
click on that it opens up the local site with all its folders. Now, just to
practice, I wanted to create a new practice site to get to know FP 2003, and
FP indicates that it will overwrite what's in that folder. How can I rename
or reorder the stuff so that I can have more than one web site?

Use windows explorer to go to your My documents folder.
Create a new folder and give it a name.
Then open FrontPage and browse to "My Documents"
Right click on your new folder and then select "convert to web.
There's your new empty web.

At what point will I get the "convert to web" box. When I browse to my
computer I can see the folder I named, however, when I right click on it
there is no option called "convert to web". What am I doing wrong. TIA

FP will display the name of the last web you created. Just make a new
website name.
