File Not Available

Whenever I try to open up any microsoft word document it
pops up with "File <Filename> Not Available". I searched
the knowledge base and that had one article but didn't
help. I am running windows 2000 professional over windows
me. I noticed this last week after I had updated all of
my windows updates and office updates. I think maybe I
updated something that had a counter-effect on Word.

What kind of office do you use, I think I had also the
same problem like you, I have already tried office 2000,
office xp, and the problem persisted. If you use windows
2000 some media files not working correctly like infrared
and soon.. I can solve it after I change into Windows XP
Pro SP1.

Everything is ok now...
