File not Found Error

After opening an Auto CADD drawing in Visio 2003, and saving the file as a
Visio document, I am not able to open the drawing again because of a "File
not found" error that says "ADCADD_Z (path to drawing) File reference
ignored."
Can someone explain to me the reason that the drawings are not coming up and
what I need to do to correct this error?
