"File" not visible on menu bar in Word 2000

I have a user who is running Office 2000 on a thin client
through citrix and the user somehow lost their "file"
selection on the menu bar in Word. I have tried
to "float" the bar and expand it to see if it is hidden
somewhere. There is no trace of the "file" command. The
user indicated he may have drug it off the page.
How can I replace it?

Hrm... That shouldn't be possible. If you right-click on the toolbar and
choose Customize, can you drag the "File" menu back to where it belongs out
of the Commands list?
