File Permission Error - Help!!!

I have up some of word assignments and when I went to save the document a
small box appeared and stated:--- Word cannot complete the save due to file
permission error.

What were you saving to? Which version of Word and OS? Are they fully
servicepacked? Is it just the one document or all documents? What Anti Virus
are you using.
