I have 2 questions for our Groove Workplace.
1.) Can a user upload a file as read-only for everyone? We want them to be
able to see it but not change it.
2.) How does auto-synchronization work? The demo video implied that when a
user edits a file offline, it auto-uploads the changes to the workspace. Does
this mean that ANYONE can edit and change the file on Groove, instead of only
the original poster? We really want to have secure files that can only be
edited by the original poster. Also, can you turn off this feature so it
doesn't auto-update unless you tell it to?
Thanks!
