File & Photo Compression

How do you compress Files & Pictures?

In windows version you open picture toolbar
select photo and select compress photo
You can then choose this one only or all in presentation + the file size.

I can not find that command.
Am I crazy?

While it's difficult to assess your mental stability at this remove, we can
at least reassure you that being unable to find this particular command is
not a symptom.

It's not there in Mac PowerPoint.

You'll probably need to start with the original graphics files and size
them properly before inserting them into PPT.
