Hi, I have a custom form with contact information. I also have Word templates with bookmarks. I populate the bookmarks with data from the custom form. I have no problem creating buttons on my Outlook form that automatically opens the specific word template and populates the bookmarks with the contact data.
What I'm trying to achieve now is a way of selecting the Word file I want to merge to rather than having so many different buttons. I have about 20 different Word Templates and I'd rather have one button which will allow me to pick the template I want to use (eg. from windows explorer or something similar) and then merge the data from my chosen and already open Outlook contact
I'm using Outlook 2002
Is what I'm asking possible or am I wasting my time trying to achieve this using just an Outlook custom form? Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how do I do this?
