file problem

my search and form submission are not working, both pages
are getting the "page cannot be found error." anyone know
what could be wrong, or where to check and see if i have
these files? my site worked fine before, i must have
bungled something by mistake.

forgot to say, its pointing to the derived nortbots file,
but still getting "page cannot be found"
