I'm installing Office 2003 Professional on my XP Pro PC. When I try to
install (from installation disc 2) Buisiness Contact Manager Update for
Office/Outlook 2003 a "Service Pack" attmpts to load but there is a problem.
It is the same problem I get when I try and install the Service Pack 2" that
is on a seperate CD. The problem is that I get a message says: "required file
not found". It's A3561405.cab. It prompts me to put installation disc 1 in to
obtain the file, but A3561405.cab IS NOT on the installation CD. Because of
this, the updates and service packs don't load. Can anyone help?
