I have 2 users one which is an admin and one who is just a
regular user on a novell server accessing an excel file (or
word for that matter) and when the non admin user has a
file open and the admin user opens the same file, the admin
user doesnt get a message that the file is in use and is
able to open and save the file normally (at the same time
if the non-admin user goes to save the document he will get
an hourglass until the admin user closes the file).
However, when the admin user opens the file first, the non
admin user gets the this file is in use messsage and can
only open it read only. I took away the admin right and
the same thing still held true. What could be going on here?
