File Time Stamp

The 'Last Modified' time stamp being added to an Access
DB is four hours behind the system time. Can this be
adjusted somehow? Thanks.

If you are talking about the mdb file itself, this is done by the operating
system on the computer on which the file resides. Is the time different than
the time on the computer that has the mdb file when viewed from that
computer or are you viewing this time stamp from over the network? If over
the network and all computers appear to be set for the same time, verify the
time zone setting for the computers. Windows actually uses UTC time and
converts it based on your time zone settings.
